Job Description
We are seeking a global career development program associate to join our team at Flexi-Personnel. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and be able to support the coordination of inland transport, port operations, and equipment control activities. The role will involve assisting in monitoring vessel schedules, service reliability, and operational KPIs, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational exceptions and disruptions. Qualifications & Requirements
- • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- • At least 3-8 years of experience in logistics
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work well in a team environment

- • Support the coordination of inland transport, port operations, and equipment control activities
