Job Description
The Global Lead Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between the sponsor and the organization, overseeing the delivery of clinical trial projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing escalation pathways, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring financial stewardship at the project level. Extensive experience in global project leadership and vendor management within clinical research is required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in a relevant field
- • Minimum 8 years experience as a Global Lead Project Manager in clinical trials
- • Demonstrated expertise in end‑to‑end vendor management across multiple vendor types
- • Experience in oncology, gastrointestinal, or neuroscience therapeutic areas is preferred

- • Serve as the main contact between the sponsor and the organization for project matters
- • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed
- • Define responsibilities for secondary project leads when required
- • Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality expectations
- • Oversee financial stewardship and budget management for each project
