The Global Recruiting Partner will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition across multiple functions for the Gates Foundation, handling high‑volume hiring for technical, operational and senior leadership roles. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- • Minimum 8 years experience in global recruitment or talent acquisition
- • Proven ability to manage high‑volume hiring across diverse functions
- • Strong stakeholder management and consultative advising skills
