Job Description
The Governance, Natural Resource & Knowledge Management Intern will support the African Development Bank’s initiatives in resource governance and knowledge sharing. The role involves assisting with data collection, report preparation and stakeholder engagement to enhance policy development and resource management practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Environmental Studies, Natural Resources, Public Policy or a related field
- • Strong research, analytical and written communication skills
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities
- • Assist in gathering and analysing data on natural resource governance
- • Support the creation and maintenance of knowledge‑management repositories
- • Help prepare briefing notes, reports and presentation materials
- • Participate in stakeholder consultations and workshop coordination
- • Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings for project teams
