The Graduate Trainee – Finance participates in a structured program to develop core finance competencies, supporting the finance team with reporting, analysis and budgeting tasks. Trainees gain hands‑on experience with accounting systems, learn financial controls and contribute to month‑end close activities. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
- • Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- • Good communication skills and eagerness to learn
- • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
