Job Description
The graduate trainee will support daily manufacturing operations, assist with production planning and workflow coordination, and ensure compliance with quality, safety and GMP standards. They will prepare production records and reports while contributing to process‑improvement initiatives. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the trainee will help achieve production targets and perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Manufacturing, Food Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field
- • Minimum 1 year experience in a cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing facility
- • Good communication and teamwork skills
- • Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment
