Job Description
The Graduate Trainee – Production will assist with daily manufacturing activities while monitoring processes and ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards. The trainee will maintain accurate production records, support inventory management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or technical diploma in a relevant field and have at least one year of experience in a cosmetic, pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, Manufacturing, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
- • Minimum 1 year experience in a cosmetic, pharmaceutical or food manufacturing facility
- • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
- • Strong communication and teamwork skills
