Job Description
The Graphic Design and Multimedia Specialist will create visual assets and multimedia content that support Mwananchi Credit’s marketing and communication strategies. The role involves designing layouts, producing videos, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Candidates must demonstrate a strong portfolio and proficiency with industry‑standard design tools. Collaboration with marketing and product teams is essential to deliver compelling visual storytelling.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or an agency setting
- • A strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, and motion‑graphics work
- • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or equivalent tools
- • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
- • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
