Job Description
The Group Financial Controller will oversee the reporting engine for a multi‑entity fintech group, consolidating financials across entities in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, India and other JV markets. The role ensures accurate monthly consolidation, intercompany accounting and proper booking of partnership revenue while collaborating with the Group CFO and CEOs. Additional duties include cash‑flow planning, treasury coordination and supporting country finance managers. The position reports directly to the Group CFO.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) or professional accounting certificate
- • 6‑9 years of experience in finance, accounting or audit
- • Strong consolidation and intercompany accounting skills
- • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Excel
- • Ability to work independently in a lean finance team
