The Group Legal Officer will manage the company's legal affairs, including drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as company secretary. Responsibilities encompass contract management, lease negotiations, and providing legal counsel on labour and employment matters. The role requires delivering high‑quality legal advice to support business operations. Candidates must possess solid legal expertise and strong analytical abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND degree or professional legal certificate
- • Minimum 5 years of post‑admission legal experience, including at least 3 years in a relevant field

Responsibilities
- • Draft, develop, review and prepare various contracts including service agreements, maintenance contracts, project contracts, partnership agreements, employee contracts, service provider contracts, and ICT agreements
- • Manage contract administration to ensure compliance and timely renewals
- • Draft, develop, review and negotiate leases for new premises and oversee registration processes
- • Provide high‑quality legal advice to the Group on operational issues
- • Advise on labour law compliance, disciplinary matters, and employer‑employee relations
- • Serve as company secretary and ensure corporate governance standards are met
