Job Description
The Group Lending Loan Officer will manage a portfolio of group loan clients, evaluate credit applications, and provide financial guidance to ensure successful loan repayment. The officer will also facilitate group meetings, monitor loan performance, and support borrowers in meeting their financial goals. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required to build trust and maintain compliance with lending policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in a business‑related field
- • Minimum two years’ experience in group lending
