Job Description
The Group Lending Loan Officer will manage a portfolio of group loan clients, assess creditworthiness, provide financial education, and ensure timely repayment. This role involves building relationships with community groups, processing loan applications, and monitoring loan performance. The officer will collaborate with the credit team to meet lending targets while maintaining compliance with institutional policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Proficiency in MS Office and basic banking software
