Job Description
The Group Systems Manager will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise‑wide IT systems, overseeing a team of developers and product managers to deliver robust technology solutions aligned with business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • 7–10 years of experience in enterprise systems delivery, systems development, or technical product management
- • At least 3 years of experience leading teams or managing multi‑disciplinary projects
- • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, ERP, and cloud platforms
- • Proven ability to manage large‑scale implementations and drive continuous improvement
- • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
