Job Description
The Group Training & Learning Development Manager will shape the learning strategy for a hospitality portfolio, designing programmes that enhance service excellence across hotels, resorts, and camps.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) and a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA, MSc, or MA
- • Professional certification in Learning & Development or Training is preferred
- • At least five years of senior‑level experience in learning and development or training within the hospitality sector
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement the Group’s learning and development strategy and annual training plans
- • Conduct organization‑wide training needs analyses and design targeted learning interventions
- • Create competency frameworks and manage training budgets aligned with business objectives
- • Design and deliver hospitality service excellence programmes across hotels, resorts, and camps
- • Evaluate programme effectiveness and report on learning outcomes to senior leadership
