The Growth Administrator oversees the strategic growth agenda for Africa Fleet Management, driving market and product research, digital presence, sales documentation and cross‑functional reporting. The role requires strong analytical and leadership abilities to support growth across multiple business units.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Graduate engineering degree in any discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Telecommunications, Industrial)
- • Up to 10 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and leadership skills
- • Passion for technology, innovation and African market growth

Responsibilities
- • Manage and monitor the organization’s growth initiatives according to the EAGLE EYE framework
- • Conduct market, customer and internal research to identify opportunities
- • Lead product and system development projects
- • Enhance digital presence and oversee sales and customer documentation
- • Produce management reports and coordinate across all SBUs
- • Provide leadership, coordination and communication across multiple functions
