Job Description
The GTBank Graduate Trainee program is designed to develop future banking professionals through rotational assignments and mentorship. Trainees will gain exposure to core banking functions, support project work, and build essential analytical and communication skills. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (First Class or Upper Second Class) in any discipline
- • Minimum B plain in KCSE
- • Below 26 years of age
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- • Highly motivated with a willingness to work independently and in teams
