Job Description
The Guest Service Agent provides a warm, personalized experience for hotel guests, handling arrivals, departures, and inquiries while supporting front‑office operations. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or vocational qualification in hospitality or related field
- • Minimum 2 years experience in front office, guest relations, or concierge roles
- • Proficiency in English and Swahili

Responsibilities
- • Welcome and engage guests upon arrival and departure, creating memorable experiences
- • Support daily Front Office operations and coordinate with the Rooms Division team
- • Manage the Information Desk, responding to guest enquiries and handling messages
- • Arrange luggage, transportation, and airport transfers as needed
- • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- • Anticipate guest needs and promote hotel amenities to enhance satisfaction
