The Head Barista will lead the coffee‑shop team, ensure high‑quality beverage preparation, and maintain exceptional service standards. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on barista experience, including time as a Head or Senior Barista
- • Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, beverage preparation and latte art techniques
