Job Description
The Head of Data, Analytics and AI will lead Kenya Airways' data strategy, overseeing data engineering, data science and AI initiatives to drive business value. Responsibilities include building high‑performing teams, ensuring data governance and privacy compliance, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. The role requires strong analytical expertise and proven leadership in complex data environments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree plus a Master's degree (MBA, MSc or MA) in a relevant field.
- • Minimum 7 years experience in data engineering, data science or AI.
- • Proven track record leading data and analytics teams.
- • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- • Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning and AI technologies.
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
