Job Description
Directs the artificial intelligence strategy for Co‑operative Bank of Kenya, defining roadmaps and leading AI initiatives that enhance banking services. Manages cross‑functional teams, ensures ethical AI use and evaluates emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience in AI/ML development and implementation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- • Proven track record delivering AI solutions in banking or financial services
- • Strong expertise in machine‑learning algorithms, data engineering and cloud platforms
