Job Description
The Head of Artificial Intelligence will lead the bank’s AI agenda by defining strategy, overseeing delivery of high‑impact use cases, and establishing governance standards. The role manages cross‑functional AI teams, ensures responsible AI practices, and drives innovation across credit, fraud, and customer service functions. Reporting to senior leadership, the incumbent aligns AI initiatives with the bank’s business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • At least 10 years of experience in technology, data analytics, and digital transformation
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- MBA, MSc or professional AI certification preferred
- • Proven track record of leading AI initiatives at scale
- • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- • In‑depth knowledge of AI/ML methodologies, MLOps, and data governance
