Job Description
The Head of Business Development & Growth will lead the creation and execution of growth strategies for the real‑estate portfolio, overseeing revenue, occupancy and lead generation. The role manages marketing initiatives, commercial performance and strategic partnerships to expand the property portfolio. Strong leadership and data‑driven decision‑making are essential to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Hospitality, Real Estate or a related field
- • 6–8 years relevant experience in business development, commercial growth or revenue management, including leadership responsibility
- • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and develop practical growth plans
- • Experience in hospitality, property management or serviced apartments is an advantage
- • Proven negotiation, stakeholder influence and high‑value commercial agreement skills
- • Strong leadership, communication, commercial judgement, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities

Responsibilities
- • Develop annual and quarterly growth plans aligned with company priorities and budgets
- • Set and monitor targets for revenue, occupancy, leads, conversions and partnerships
- • Oversee the full sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and retention
- • Lead marketing strategy, SEO implementation and campaign performance monitoring
- • Manage revenue and commercial performance metrics such as ADR, RevPAR and channel targets
- • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, relocation agencies and property developers
- • Identify new market segments and expansion opportunities for the property portfolio
- • Drive client retention, repeat bookings and revenue expansion through upselling and cross‑selling
- • Provide regular forecasts, performance reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO
