Job Description
The Head of Commercial Finance Spirits will lead financial performance management for the spirits portfolio, shaping budgeting, forecasting and partner profitability strategies. The role oversees financial narratives, drives performance reviews, and partners with commercial teams to optimize working capital and pricing governance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles
- • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

- • Own the end‑to‑end financial performance narrative for the spirits business
- • Drive performance management and track key financial metrics
- • Manage performance review, outlook and annual operating plan cycles
- • Partner with commercial teams to influence pricing, negotiations and value‑chain optimisation
- • Lead initiatives on working capital, overdue debt and creditor management
- • Provide financial insights to senior stakeholders and support decision‑making
