The Head of Commercial Finance will drive performance management for the spirits portfolio, ensuring alignment with financial plans and commercial targets. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis while partnering with sales and operations teams. Strong analytical capability and commercial insight are essential to influence strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finance or business partnering
- • Strong analytical, modelling and presentation skills
- • Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders
- • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel

- • Lead commercial finance planning and performance tracking for the spirits business
- • Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts and variance reports
- • Partner with sales and operations to translate commercial targets into financial objectives
- • Monitor key financial metrics such as NSV and operating expenses
- • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- • Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards
