Job Description
The Head of Entity, Logistics for the Kenya Cluster will direct all logistics operations, drive business growth, and ensure efficient freight forwarding and contract logistics services across the region.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Logistics, Business, or related field
- • At least 10 years senior‑level logistics experience
- • Proven ability to lead teams and make strategic decisions
- • Established network within the logistics industry
- • Strong customer‑focus and business development skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead logistics operations across the Kenya Cluster in line with corporate strategy
- • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and contract logistics
- • Oversee air, sea, and land freight forwarding activities
- • Manage contract logistics services including warehousing and distribution
- • Coordinate cross‑border logistics and ensure regulatory compliance
- • Supervise logistics teams and drive operational excellence
- • Build and maintain relationships with service providers, customers, and authorities
