Job Description
The Head of Fundraising and Business Development will lead efforts to secure new funding and expand donor relationships for Natural State. Responsibilities include designing fundraising strategies, cultivating partnerships, and overseeing grant applications. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising or development, preferably in the non‑profit sector
- • Demonstrated success in securing large grants and donor commitments
- • Strong network of potential funders and partners
- • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
