Job Description
The Head of HR for the Africa Region leads the development and execution of human resources strategies across multiple country offices. This senior role oversees talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with regional labor regulations. By providing strategic guidance, the Head of HR ensures the organization attracts, retains, and develops a high‑performing workforce to support its mission across Africa.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles
- • Proven track record in managing HR functions across multiple African countries
- • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
