Job Description
The head of HR operations will lead the delivery of HR services across Burn Manufacturing’s African markets, overseeing payroll, talent acquisition, employee relations and compliance. They will develop and implement HR policies, support workforce planning and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance. The position requires extensive HR leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.

- • Design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate objectives
- • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration and compliance across multiple countries
- • Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled personnel for manufacturing operations
- • Manage employee relations, performance management and learning & development programs
- • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and occupational health & safety regulations
- • Provide HR analytics and reporting to senior leadership
- • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
