Job Description
The Head of Human Resources will shape and execute the people strategy for an oil and gas organization, partnering closely with senior leaders to build a high‑performing workforce. Responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive cultural initiatives across the company.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles
- • Proven ability to design and execute HR strategies in a complex organization
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor legislation and compliance requirements
- • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- • Demonstrated leadership and change‑management capabilities
