Job Description
The Head of Legacy Engineering and Migration Enablement will lead Caava’s legacy engineering portfolio, safeguarding its primary revenue stream while driving modernization and migration initiatives. The role requires strategic oversight of legacy system maintenance, new customer projects and progressive migration planning. The leader will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and sustained service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- • Proven experience in legacy system management and migration projects
- • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- • Ability to lead technical teams and drive strategic initiatives
