Job Description
The Head of Partnerships & Growth leads the development of strategic alliances and growth initiatives to expand the reach of the BookSmart reading platform across Kenya.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience in partnership development and growth strategy, preferably in the education or non‑profit sector
- • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with a track record of achieving growth targets
- • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills
- • Passion for literacy and digital education initiatives
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, schools and corporate sponsors
- • Design and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement
- • Lead a team of partnership managers and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives
- • Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs and report impact to senior leadership
- • Represent the organization at industry events and stakeholder meetings
