Job Description
The Head of People & Culture partners with the CEO to shape and execute the organization’s people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development and employee engagement across the company.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
- • At least ten years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles
- • Proven ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational change
- • Strong interpersonal, coaching and communication skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Design and implement the overall people and culture strategy aligned with business objectives
- • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding and workforce planning to ensure the right skills are in place
- • Oversee performance management, leadership development and succession planning programs
- • Develop and maintain HR policies, compliance frameworks and employee relations processes
- • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and safety initiatives
- • Advise senior leaders on people‑related issues and coach managers to enhance their effectiveness
- • Manage HR analytics, reporting and budgetary responsibilities
