Job Description
The Head of Product Development and Diversification will steer KTDA’s product innovation strategy, leading a team to design, develop, and launch new tea products and diversification initiatives. The role requires deep engineering expertise and strong market insight.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Product Development, or a related field
- • At least 7 years experience in product development and innovation, preferably in the agricultural sector
- • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities
- • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
