Job Description
The Head of Product will define the vision and roadmap for merchant solutions targeting micro, small, and medium enterprises, driving adoption and revenue growth. Responsibilities include owning the full product stack, conducting experiments, partnering with finance teams for credit products, and using data insights to guide decisions. The role requires strong product leadership, analytical skills, and a master's level education.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, or MA) in Business, Management, or related field
- • At least 10 years of experience in product management or related leadership roles
- • Proven track record of delivering successful product portfolios
- • Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills
- • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

Responsibilities
- • Define product vision, segmentation, and multi‑year roadmap for merchant solutions
- • Own the complete merchant stack including acceptance, apps, portals, and value‑added services
- • Prioritise merchant activation of existing features before building new ones
- • Run structured experiments on onboarding, configuration, and engagement to drive usage
- • Partner with financial services to design working‑capital and credit journeys for merchants
- • Establish a unified merchant identity and common data model across products
- • Set core merchant metrics, instrument journeys, and make roadmap decisions based on data
- • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver product enhancements and monitor performance
