The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead GemSuites’ hotel sales strategy, driving revenue through targeted marketing campaigns and client relationship management. The role involves team leadership, market analysis, and coordination with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven senior leadership experience in hotel sales and marketing (5+ years)
- • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
- • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and digital marketing tools
