Qualifications & Requirements
- • MBA, MSc or MA in Education, Management or related field
- • Proven leadership experience in an international school setting
- • Strong track record of curriculum development and academic performance improvement
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead implementation and development of the British Curriculum from Early Years to A‑Levels
- • Ensure academic standards meet target pass rates for checkpoint, IGCSE and A‑Level examinations
- • Supervise university guidance programs to secure university admissions for graduates
- • Integrate learning tools and frameworks in collaboration with central experts
- • Build, mentor and retain a high‑performing teaching and support staff
