Job Description
The Head of Technology will define and execute the digital transformation agenda for Safal Group, overseeing enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data analytics and IT operations across manufacturing sites. The role carries full P&L responsibility for technology investments and is measured against EBITDA contribution and cost competitiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (BA/BSc/HND) and a postgraduate diploma in technology or management
- • Proven experience leading technology functions in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- • Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale digital projects and deliver cost‑saving outcomes
- • Strong strategic thinking, leadership and change‑management skills

Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement the group’s technology and digital strategy to improve manufacturing performance
- • Lead enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity and data‑analytics initiatives
- • Manage technology budgets, CAPEX and OPEX while delivering measurable EBITDA contribution
- • Oversee integration of IT and operational technology across all production facilities
- • Drive innovation, automation and process optimisation to enhance efficiency and resilience
- • Build and mentor a high‑performing technology team and foster cross‑functional collaboration
