Job Description
The Head of Workplace IT will own the end‑to‑end Workplace IT roadmap, covering networks, telephony, end‑user devices, identity management and productivity tools. They will lead a multi‑country IT team, manage opex and capex budgets and enforce cost discipline across hardware and software. The role ensures secure, reliable infrastructure that supports a fast‑growing fintech operation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent in a relevant field
- • Relevant certifications (ITIL, CISSP, cloud/network) are desirable but not required
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Own the Workplace IT roadmap, including networks, telephony, end‑user compute, identity and productivity tooling
- • Lead and grow a multi‑country Workplace IT team
- • Manage opex and capex budgets, driving cost discipline for hardware, connectivity, telephony and software
- • Oversee network and telephony infrastructure across offices, warehouses and call‑centre sites
- • Manage on‑site infrastructure such as server rooms, power, cooling and physical security
- • Provide full lifecycle management of laptops, desktops, phones and mobile device management for 2,500+ employees
- • Administer identity platforms (directory, SSO, MFA) and joiner/mover/leaver processes
- • Select, implement and manage core collaboration and productivity software suites
