Job Description
The Healthcare Quality Assurance Manager leads the QA team to ensure clinical services meet regulatory and patient safety standards. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the role oversees development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. The manager conducts audits, monitors performance metrics, and mentors staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related healthcare field.
- • Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare quality assurance or clinical audit.
- • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
