Job Description
The HORECA Manager drives revenue growth for Tropical Heat by developing and executing a channel strategy focused on hotels, restaurants and cafés. The role identifies high‑value accounts, builds strong client relationships, and leads commercial negotiations to expand market share.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant discipline
- • 5–8 years experience in sales or channel management within the hospitality sector
- • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of sales analytics, market trends and commercial planning
- • Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and close high‑value deals

- • Develop and implement a comprehensive HORECA channel strategy and sales plan
- • Drive revenue, volume and market‑share growth within the HORECA segment
- • Identify, acquire and nurture high‑value hotel, restaurant and café accounts
- • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers and channel partners
- • Lead commercial negotiations within approved pricing and trading guidelines
- • Analyse market trends and sales performance to uncover growth opportunities
