Job Description
The organization is hiring for a range of hospital staff positions, including clinical officers, ICU nurses, biomedical engineers, health records officers, accounts clerks, and operations managers. Selected candidates will deliver professional services within their specific function, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulations. The roles require relevant diplomas or degrees, appropriate professional registration, and hands‑on hospital experience. Successful hires will support safe, efficient, and high‑quality hospital operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Relevant diploma or degree for the specific position.
- • Valid professional registration or licensing where applicable.
- • Demonstrated hands‑on hospital experience (preferred).
- • Prior hospital operations, administration, or management experience for operations manager (preferred).
- • Post‑basic critical care/ICU training and experience for ICU nurses (preferred).
- • Practical hospital medical‑equipment maintenance experience for biomedical engineers (preferred).
- • Experience with EMR/HMIS and patient records for health records officers (preferred).
- • Hospital accounts or billing experience for accounts clerks (advantageous).
- • Gender preferences: Accounts Clerk – Female
- Biomedical Engineer – Male
- Health Records Officer – Male.
Responsibilities
- • Provide professional services within the assigned hospital function.
- • Maintain accurate patient, financial, operational, or technical records as required.
- • Support safe, efficient, and compliant hospital operations.
- • Collaborate effectively with medical, administrative, and support teams.
- • Apply relevant professional standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- • Deliver paediatric or reproductive health services (clinical officers).
- • Provide competent critical‑care and ICU nursing (ICU nurses).
- • Maintain and manage hospital medical equipment (biomedical engineers).
- • Manage patient records, EMR/HMIS, and health information (health records officers).
- • Support billing, accounts, and financial administration (accounts clerks).
- • Oversee hospital administration and operational performance (operations managers).
