Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily cleaning operations across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces, ensuring all areas meet Accor’s brand standards while managing a team of housekeeping staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Minimum 2 years experience supervising housekeeping staff in a hotel environment
- • Strong knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards and safety procedures
- • Excellent organizational and communication skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Supervise daily housekeeping activities for guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces
- • Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with Pullman, Mercure and Accor brand standards
- • Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to staff based on occupancy and priority
- • Train and mentor housekeeping team members to maintain high quality service
- • Manage inventory of linens, amenities and cleaning supplies
