Job Description
The HR Director for Manufacturing Europe and Africa will shape the people strategy across multiple sites, aligning talent, culture and workforce initiatives with business objectives. The role partners with regional leaders to drive leadership development, organizational transformation and HR practice harmonisation. It also oversees workforce planning, change management and employee engagement for a diverse manufacturing network.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent qualification
- • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- • Proven ability to lead large, multi‑site HR functions
- • Strong strategic thinking and change management skills
