Job Description
The HR Manager will lead the human resources function for Recruten’s Nairobi operations, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The role involves developing HR policies, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with Kenyan labor laws. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and a track record of HR excellence in a consultancy environment. This full‑time position reports directly to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor law and HR best practices
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
