Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will lead the HR function, developing and implementing policies that attract, retain, and develop talent. They will oversee recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. The role partners with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor legislation
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- • Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office
