Job Description
The Human Capital Business Partner will collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that attract, develop and retain talent for the Science for Africa Foundation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- • Master's degree preferred
- • Demonstrated experience in HR business partnering or talent management

- • Partner with business units to identify talent needs and develop workforce plans
- • Design and deliver talent acquisition, development and retention programs
- • Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and career progression
- • Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to HR processes
- • Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the organization
