The Human Resource Business Partner at Flexi‑Personnel will partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- • Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner capacity
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor law and HR best practices
- • Excellent communication, advisory, and problem‑solving skills
