Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management across the retail network. Responsibilities include managing payroll, ensuring compliance with Kenyan labour law and fostering a positive organisational culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- • Significant experience managing HR functions in a retail or similar environment
- • In‑depth knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices
- • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- • Proven ability to shape organisational culture and drive employee engagement
