Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will lead the development and execution of people strategies that attract, develop, engage and retain talent at Synergy Clinics. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee relations and compliance within a clinical environment. The role provides strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and drives a high‑performance culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience in HR management, preferably in a clinical setting
- • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- • Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
- • Proven ability to drive culture and employee engagement initiatives
