Job Description
The HR Shared Services Specialist manages payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee appraisal cycles for Teleperformance Kenya. The role ensures accurate salary calculations, resolves payroll issues, and supports HR operations through effective data management and stakeholder collaboration.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR shared services or payroll administration
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Process and verify employee payroll to ensure accuracy and timely payment
- • Coordinate with Finance and Payroll partners to resolve payroll grievances
- • Generate and distribute payslips, handling deductions and bank‑account updates
- • Monitor and maintain real‑time employee attendance records
- • Propose and implement improvements to attendance and payroll systems
- • Conduct annual anniversary appraisals and address related employee concerns
- • Manage probation and assessment processes, updating the P&C database
- • Coordinate medical insurance enrollment and related HR services
